Stephanie
Owner/Manager of BeBright Pre School since its opening in 2018
Steph has over 15 years’ experience in a variety of roles within early years education. Currently studying towards the NPQ Early Years Leadership qualification. Designated SENCo and Safeguarding Lead.
Kim (Deputy Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead)
Kim is currently qualified to a Level 3 in Early Years Education and Level 5 in Early Years Leadership and Management. Kim is the training queen and has a real passion for keeping up to date with current early years training. Kim loves to spend time with her family and her growing brood of guinea pigs.
Kirsty (Designated SENCO)
Qualified to Level 3 in Early years Education and currently training towards Level 3 SENCo qualification. Kirsty fosters the use of various forms of communication for our children including Makaton. Kirsty provides valuable one to one time for those children that require it at BeBright and is studying to become the setting’s SENCo.
Louise
Louise is a qualified teacher with expertise in sign language. Louise fosters a love of reading in all the children at BeBright and sparking their imaginations.
Sarah
Hello, I am Sarah. I am level 3 qualified in childcare and education and have been at BeBright since January. I have plenty of experience with nurseries and pre-school children. I pride myself on getting to know each and every child and their interests, then using this information to engage with my key children during their play to extend and encourage their learning further.
Amelia
Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education and to Level 5 in Early Years Leadership and Management. Amelia ensures the children in her care are settled and their interests are fostered inside and outside pre school.
Annie
Annie was a BeBright parent who loved what we had to offer so much she decided to have a change of career into childcare. Annie is currently studying for her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Annie loves to send time with our younger members of BeBright supporting them with all those independence skills and transitions.
Hannah
Hannah approached us about volunteering to achieve her Level 3 Early Years Educator training and has quickly become a huge asset to the team. Hannah’s skills are with those children with special educational needs and those requiring a little extra support at BeBright.
